Write a useful project brief
A useful brief explains what you want to make and why. Start with the audience, project goal and intended use, then list the deliverables, timeline and budget range.
Start with the goal
Describe what you are making, who it is for, and what you want it to communicate. A concrete goal is more useful than a long list of effects.
List the deliverables
Include the number of images or videos, expected length, platforms, and final formats. Separate essentials from nice-to-haves.
Give the constraints
Share a budget range, target dates, location requirements, and any approvals needed. Link references and explain what you like about each.
